1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made through the payment gateway provided by third-party payment service providers (“Payment Gateway”), for products and services offered by INCEIF University (“INCEIF”, “we”, “us”, or “the University”).

By making a payment through the Payment Gateway, you (“User”, “Student”, “Parent”, or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Payment Gateway is provided to facilitate online payments for educational products and services offered by INCEIF, including but not limited to:

• Course fees
• Tuition fees
• Registration or enrolment fees
• Examination or assessment fees
• Learning materials and related services
• Student Services fees
• Other related to course fee under INCEIF’s programmes required

3. Payment Processing

1. All payments are processed securely through the Payment Gateway.
2. INCEIF does not store or process your credit/debit card or online banking details directly.
3. The Payment Gateway provider operates independently and may impose its own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. By using the Payment Gateway, you agree to comply with such terms in addition to these Terms.

4. Fees and Charges

1. All fees displayed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) / United States Dollars (USD) currency unless stated otherwise.
2. INCEIF reserves the right to revise fees at any time prior to payment confirmation.
3. Any transaction, processing, or administrative fees imposed by the Payment Gateway or financial institutions shall be borne by the User unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Payment Confirmation

1. Payment is considered successful only upon confirmation by the Payment Gateway.
2. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details before submission.
3. INCEIF shall not be held responsible for failed or delayed transactions due to technical issues, bank restrictions, or errors beyond INCEIF’s reasonable control.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to INCEIF’s Refund Policy.
2. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines and procedures of the Payment Gateway.
3. Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable if they represent legitimate charges imposed by INCEIF.

7. Failed or Disputed Transactions

1. In the event of a failed transaction, Users should verify with their bank or the Payment Gateway provider.
2. Any payment disputes must be promptly reported to INCEIF for further clarification.
3. INCEIF reserves the right to suspend access to services in cases of unresolved payment disputes.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Use the Payment Gateway solely for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized payment activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

INCEIF shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Payment Gateway.
• Service interruptions, system failures, or security breaches attributable to the Payment Gateway provider or external service providers beyond INCEIF’s reasonable control.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

1. The collection and processing of personal data are governed by INCEIF’s Privacy Policy.
2. Payment-related data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Payment Gateway provider’s security standards.

11. Amendments

INCEIF reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will be published on INCEIF’s website and shall take effect immediately from the date of publication. Continued use of the Payment Gateway after such publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
